Partly developed from the best doctoral thesis for 2020 at International University of Monaco, Frontline communication in healthcare training program helps to address many of the barriers in communication that frontline healthcare workers have to overcome to deliver positive patient experience and professional efficiency at work.

About the speaker
Dr. Cado is a co-founder and managing partner of the eye hospital Sistina Oftalmologija and founder of the PLX Academy.
She is a passionate researcher transforming the latest academic research into the best practice strategies. She has established and led the first of a kind Office of Patient Experience in the region and established a PLX Academy as a Research and Innovative center for education in healthcare management. She has a Master’s degree (MPPM) at the University of Pittsburgh, USA, and holds a Doctorate at the International University of Monaco with special interest on consumer experiences and communication in luxury healthcare.
Dr. Cado has been published in the Journal of Business Research, Patient Experience Journal by Beryl Institute and Journal of Patient Experience.
Dr. Vesna Cado is a member of DBA Curriculum Committee at the International University of Monaco and its Experience ambassador for the doctoral program. She is a member of EPIC. Dr. Cado often lectures, writes and publishes blogs and articles on patient luxury experiences, communication in healthcare and digital transformation.
In 2020, Dr.Vesna Cado was awarded for Best DBA thesis by the International University of Monaco and Conseil National de Monaco on her Patient Luxury Experience Model (PLX).
